Two clients with one instructor provides a cost-effective alternative for clients who are familiar with their program yet would still like personalized guidance. It is a great way to share a workout with a friend!
Feel the flow and rhythm of Pilates with a small group in a fun and energetic environment!, Except for Introduction to Reformer, experience on the reformer is required before taking group class.
For clients who are comfortable doing their own program, open gym appointments can be scheduled whenever apparatus is available.
