What is a private session?
A private session is a 50 minute appointment spent one-on-one with the instructor of your choice. It is geared toward your needs and interests.
How do I sign up for a class?

How many times a week should I come in?
The decision regarding how often to attend will depends on your goals, needs and scheduling flexibility. Most our clients attend once or twice a week.
Should I take a class or schedule a private?
If you are working with a current injury or are in pain, we recommend starting with a private session to evaluate your needs. If you are pain and injury free, a class is a great place to start.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel without penalty more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the visit.
What is your refund policy?
All packages expire 6 months from date of purchase and are nontransferable. No refunds.
How much do you charge?
Our prices for private sessions are based on which type of instructor you choose. Please see our Personal Training page for details.
Is it okay to work with different instructors?
Yes, each instructor has something unique to offer. We invite you to work with each of our instructors to see who fits your needs and style the best. The choice is yours to make.
What is the difference between the types of instructors?
Master instructors have been teaching more than 10 years, have at least 7 years working in rehabilitation and have extensive continuing education in a variety of areas.
Certified Instructors have completed and passed their final exams and have been teaching for 1-7 years. They have also completed continuing education classes in rehabilitative practices.
Apprentice Instructors have completed their course work and have been teaching for some months to a few years but have not yet completed their final exams; They are a great option for people with no injuries or those interested in a more cost-effective option.
What should I wear
Comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Not too loose, your instructor needs to be able to see the line of your body.
