Class Descriptions

	Privates One on one personalized instruction and coaching. Some private sessions are required before moving into Duets or Reformer Classes if you have not worked on the Pilates apparatus before.
	Duets Two clients with one instructor provides a less expensive alternative to clients who are familiar with their program but would still like personalized attention and guidance. It is also a great way to share a workout with a friend!
	Reformer Classes Feel the flow and rhythm of Pilates with a small group in a fun and energetic environment! Some experience on the reformer is required before starting class.
	Open Gym For clients who are comfortable doing their own program open gym appointments can be scheduled whenever apparatus is available.
	Mat Classes Learn the fundamentals of the Pilates method in a class designed to strengthen, stretch and tone you from the inside out!
